Pricing

One fixed fee.
Nothing else moves.

Wevo, the management reporting layer over the General Ledger you already run, is priced on the size and complexity of your group - not on how many people use it, how much data you hold, or how much memory the server has. Add a hundred report recipients and the invoice is identical.

Why it is fixed, when everything else is not

Most management reporting platforms charge by the seat, by the module, or by the memory the server needs. The effect is that success costs you money: the more useful the reporting becomes, the more people want it, and the more you pay for having been right.

Wevo runs on one ordinary server inside your own environment, so there is no infrastructure bill that scales with adoption and nothing to meter. That is why the fee can be fixed - and why the finance director who wants every budget holder reading their own numbers can simply let them.

Talk it through

How you buy it

An annual subscription billed monthly, on a twelve-month minimum term. An outright perpetual licence is also available if your procurement prefers a capital purchase.

Getting it running

Implementation is quoted as a fixed fee against agreed scope - no day rates and no open-ended consultancy. You will know the number before you commit to it.

Trying it first

A ninety-day paid proof of concept runs Wevo against your own GL extracts. The fee is credited in full against your first year if you go ahead.
